Minimum requirements to work with reach24 as a Healthcare Assistant
- Right to work and live in the UK
- Some care experience in a UK care setting
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate ( less than 6 months old or registered with update service) or be willing to undergo a new one
- Up-to-date Mandatory Training Certificates
- Good command of English
- A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to communicate effectively, be patient, persistent, and understanding
- Be reliable, punctual and have a flexible approach to work
- A 5 year-verifiable working history - must be able to provide 2 professional references
